What we collect
Your name and email when you create an account, the content you add to rooms (answers, backchannel actions, whiteboard items), the course materials lecturers upload, and conversations with Watts.
How we use it
Only to run your rooms: syncing sessions, showing engagement to the host, and letting Watts answer within your course. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Course materials
Uploaded files are private to the lecturer. Watts only uses them for student answers when the lecturer allows it, globally and per file.
AI processing
Messages sent to Watts are processed by our AI provider to produce answers. Only recent messages and a bounded excerpt of materials are sent.
Retention and deletion
You can delete materials and conversations at any time. Account deletion removes your associated data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Use the Help centre to find the relevant controls.
